City of Rushford begins Comprehensive Plan Update

Hi, I’m Joel West, Senior Planner with Yaggy Colby Associates.

In December 2007, the City of Rushford contracted with us to update the City’s Comprehensive Plan and an organizational meeting was held with the Planning Commission shortly thereafter.

After some demographic research and data gathering, Christina Peterson and Mark Engel, staff people with our company, made the first of a series of presentations to the Planning Commission on January 15, 2008.

We’d like to use this blog (weblog) not only as a way to keep you updated on the Comp Plan, but also as another way for citizens to interact with each other and with us about it.
