I have just posted the powerpont presentation that Joel West, Senior Planner and I presented to the Rushford Planning Commission Tuesday evening April 15th, 2008. The presentation outlines National Parks and Recreation standards for park space and how the City of Rushford compares to these standards. A discussion on Strategic Goals to assist downtown redevelopment led into a review of Financial Incentives including Tax Increment and Tax Abatement options for the City of Rushford.
